Are pets allowed?
No, for hygienic reasons pets are unfortunately not allowed.

How far is the guesthouse from the ski slopes and hiking trails?
The ski slopes and hiking trails in Neuastenberg start practically on our doorstep. The Winterberg ski area is about a 5-minute drive away, and Willingen is about a 30-minute drive from the guesthouse. In winter, the ski bus (free with the Sauerland Card, included in your stay) stops across the road from our guesthouse. It takes you to the villages of Winterberg and Altastenberg.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:30 AM.

Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is possible according to our cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing your own cancellation insurance to cover any costs.

What is the SauerlandCard and is it included in my stay?
The SauerlandCard is a discount and benefits card that gives you free or reduced admission to attractions, museums, hiking trails, and ski resorts in the Sauerland region. When you stay at Pension Mountain View Sauerland, the SauerlandCard is included for the duration of your stay. This way, you can fully enjoy the region at no extra cost!
